That behaviour may no longer be appropriate to the person
you are today, and may be why you are on this webpage.
Sleep is the most natural thing in the world. It is one of our very first learned behaviours – and all behaviour serves a purpose.
There are many reasons why you may find it difficult to sleep well – stress or anxiety, a partner snoring, pain or discomfort, adjusting to shift work... the list is endless.
What is often the case, though, is that once your sleep pattern is disrupted, it doesn't automatically reset itself. Our subconscious body clocks are amazing; how many times have you gone to sleep at night knowing you have to be up by a set time, setting your alarm clock to make sure you achieve that, and yet almost always waking naturally five minutes before the alarm goes off? And that is without the aid of a hypnotherapist.
There will be a reason for your sleep disorder, and that reason is stored at a subconscious level. So in order to try and reset your internal body clock we need to work at a subconscious level.

I used to have to stay up till silly o'clock at night to try and get any sleep. Two sessions with Ali and I am now able to sleep 8 hours. It has changed my life.

For years I woke at 2am and could not get back off to sleep. It made life hell. Ali taught me how to reset my body clock and how to take back control of other parts of me. It was very impressive.

My young son would not go to bed for fear of the dark and had really bad dreams. Ali spent four sessions with him and now he loves bedtime. She gave him a magic wand, well, a light sabre, and it worked. Peace restored in the Cummings household.
