It’s only just over a week before we are at the National Diversity Awards and I am getting very excited.

I am looking forward to meeting others that have been short listed.  These individuals and organisations have done some amazing work helping others to be all they can be.

But it’s also about all of those that were nominated.  They are all making a difference to someone’s world and that’s huge.  If you read all the background information these people don’t do it for the recognition, they do it becuase something inside drives them to making this difference.

Now the nervous part – what am I going to wear?
